SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping:

  • Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders $150 and over! Shipping for orders under $150 is $7.95 USD. All standard shipping orders are shipped with USPS.
  • Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 Business Days.
  • Orders placed after 3pm CST will be shipped the NEXT business day.
  • FREE local pickup is available in Meriden, KS be sure to choose this option at checkout.

Returns:

  • BLACK CHAMELEON does not currently offer refunds to original form of payment.  We do however accept returns for store credit or we can do exchanges if the item is available! 
  • You have 14 days after purchase date to return for store credit. 
  • Store credit never expires and may be used towards purchase of in-stock items only.  Please note that the credit does not expire, however it cannot be used with any other promotions or discounts. You can use it by entering it in the discount box at the checkout. Please note that the store credit is for 1 time use only and must be used in its entirety. 
  • All returned items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.  If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and sent back to the customer.
  • ALL BRALETTES, BODYSUITS, HOSIERY/TIGHTS, LAST CHANCE and SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE.
    • Items purchased using discount codes of 50% off or more are considered sale items and labeled as final sale at time of purchase.
  • ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED. YOU WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT

  • Sale Items- All sale items are FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for store credits, or size exchanges. Any final sale items sent back will be marked return to sender and will be subject to additional shipping costs. 

  • The Following Items DO NOT Qualify For a Return of Any Kind:

    • Sale items 
    • Flash sale items
    • Single sale items
    • Collection sale items
    • Jewelry
    • Sunglasses
    • Intimates (i.e. barrettes)
    • Bodysuits
    • Hair accessories
    • Hats

  •  Size Exchanges- Once your return is received in our warehouse, we will process and ship your size exchange with no additional cost! **Please note: Your size is not held until the exchange process is complete. If the size you requested is unavailable, you will receive a store credit for the amount of the purchase sent to the email provided at checkout.
